After passport control and baggage collection, your English-speaking driver meets you in the public arrivals hall with a sign bearing the lead passenger’s name. Your meeting instructions identify the agreed point. This service starts in the public hall, not at the aircraft door.

Use the lead passenger’s name when booking. Keep your confirmation and phone available after landing. If you cannot find your driver, stay at the agreed meeting point and use the contact details shown in your booking once the driver is assigned.
At your hotel for the return
For a hotel-to-airport transfer, be ready at the hotel entrance at the booked pickup time, with your bags and travel documents. Let the team know in advance if the hotel uses a separate vehicle entrance.

Will the driver meet me at the aircraft?+
No. Your welcome takes place in the public arrivals hall after passport control and baggage collection.
Is airport parking included?+
Yes. Parking for your booked transfer and its included waiting time is included in the confirmed price. You do not pay a separate parking ticket to your driver for this service.
