Count your smallest travellers too
The passenger total includes babies and children. Choose the vehicle for the entire family and the bags you will carry. A child seat takes space inside the vehicle; it does not increase the category’s passenger capacity.
Describe the equipment you need
Add the number of child seats in your booking and give the children’s ages in special requests. Tell the team if you are bringing your own equipment. Seat suitability and unusual equipment needs should be discussed before travel.
Allow space for family luggage
Strollers, travel cots and sports equipment do not always fit the same space as a normal suitcase. Mention them before booking if you are close to the vehicle’s capacity. A van can offer more room, but its stated limits still apply.
One confirmed price, parking included
The price is calculated from your road distance, vehicle category and selected options, with a minimum per transfer. Your English-speaking driver, personal welcome and airport parking for the included service are part of the displayed total. A change of itinerary or waiting beyond the included allowance must be agreed with the team.

Yes. Include every person in the passenger count, including babies.
Can I travel with a stroller?+
Mention the stroller and other bulky equipment so the team can check space for your selected vehicle.
Can I choose my own hotel?+
Yes. Enter its exact street address in the pickup or destination field and select a search result. The other end of the journey must be CDG or Orly. If a hotel name is not found, search its street address.
