Getting from CDG Airport to Paris

A practical guide to planning your arrival.

Charles de Gaulle is outside central Paris. Before travelling, decide whether public transport, an official taxi or a pre-booked private transfer fits your luggage and group.

For a private transfer, provide your flight number and full hotel address. Allow time for border control and baggage collection. Your confirmation explains where to meet your driver.

Check current public transport information with the airport and the transport operator. Journey time depends on traffic and your destination.
