A flight number helps the team
Add your final arriving flight number when booking. The team can use it to check arrival information. This version does not automatically change pickup times from a live flight feed, so notify the team when you learn about a disruption.
Send the new details, not only the delay
If you are moved to another flight, share its number, arrival airport, expected arrival time and your booking reference. A change from CDG to Orly changes the journey itself and needs confirmation from the team; it is not just a later pickup.
One confirmed price, parking included
The price is calculated from your road distance, vehicle category and selected options, with a minimum per transfer. Your English-speaking driver, personal welcome and airport parking for the included service are part of the displayed total. A change of itinerary or waiting beyond the included allowance must be agreed with the team.

Does my pickup move automatically?+
No automatic flight feed is connected at present. Contact the team to confirm revised arrangements.
Can I choose my own hotel?+
Yes. Enter its exact street address in the pickup or destination field and select a search result. The other end of the journey must be CDG or Orly. If a hotel name is not found, search its street address.
