Two limits to check
Passenger capacity and luggage capacity are separate. A vehicle that fits your group may not fit all its bags. Check both figures displayed on the vehicle card before selecting a category; do not assume an empty seat replaces a luggage space.
Tell us about anything oversized
Bicycles, large musical instruments and sports equipment need a specific space check. Include the type and approximate dimensions in your request. If the standard categories do not fit, ask for a personal quote before paying for a smaller vehicle.
One confirmed price, parking included
The price is calculated from your road distance, vehicle category and selected options, with a minimum per transfer. Your English-speaking driver, personal welcome and airport parking for the included service are part of the displayed total. A change of itinerary or waiting beyond the included allowance must be agreed with the team.

What if there are more than seven passengers?+
Contact the team with the full group and luggage details to discuss a suitable arrangement.
Can I choose my own hotel?+
Yes. Enter its exact street address in the pickup or destination field and select a search result. The other end of the journey must be CDG or Orly. If a hotel name is not found, search its street address.
